In the Fsx.cfg file situated in C:\Documents and Settings\Application Data\(Your Windows User Name)\Microsoft\FSX (IT MAY BE A HIDDEN FILE SO MAKE SURE YOU CAN SEE HIDDEN FILES.) copy and paste or replace the values of the following text under the corresponding titles in FSX.CFG

[Display]
TEXTURE_BANDWIDTH_MULT=400

[Main](PASTE THIS)
FIBER_FRAME_TIME_FRACTION=0.10

[DISPLAY.Device.Radeon X1900 Series .0](PASTE THIS)
Mode=1280x1024x32
Anisotropic=1

Then Navigate to the FSX folder in my computer and drag the Terrain.CFG file to desktop and place the following text into it in the top section (LAND CLASSES) and then drag it back to the folder again and your done.

TERRAIN_MAX_AUTOGEN_TREES_PER_CELL=800
TERRAIN_MAX_AUTOGEN_BUILDINGS_PER_CELL=3000
LOD_RADIUS=4.500000
MESH_COMPLEXITY=80
MESH_RESOLUTION=20
TEXTURE_RESOLUTION=25
AUTOGEN_DENSITY=5
DETAIL_TEXTURE=1
WATER_EFFECTS=7

It will boost your FPS from 10-20 or more but as you know above 10 works fine I get 15+ over photographic Heathrow and 19+ over everywhere else I used to have 5 over Heathrow and 10 over everywhere else Note: IT WORKS BETTER WITHOUT TRAFFIC ALTHOUGH I HAVE SHIPS TURNED TO 10% AND CARS TO 50% SO THEREFORE YOU WOULD GET A BETTER FPS WITHOUT! THE RESULTS ABOVE ARE WITH THESE SETTINGS I WOULD HAVE 20+ IF I HAD CARS AND SHIPS TURNED ALL THE WAY OF
