Photoshop has a tool to help you smooth edges of an item when selected.... Just for the brushes you have used to help get rid of pixelation at edges


Another tip - Start image at least twice as large as you need in order to have a better percieved detail when put at normal size ;)



Otherwise - Impressive matey :D
